TRY A CIRCUS CLASS FOR FREE!

Weekly one-hour circus class for 8-year-olds to teens meets Monday nights at Dover Shores Community Center.  Activities will vary from week to week and may include juggling and related skills, stilt walking, basic acrobatics, and clowning.  Try a class for free, no strings attached!  Cost is $10 per class payable by the month.  Contact us for details and to sign up!

ARTSFEST 2012:  ALL ARTS, ALL MONTH, ALL FREE!

Once again, OYC is excited to participate as a presenter during United Arts of Central Florida’s ArtsFest.  The annual February event is free and showcases local arts and culture in various locations throughout Lake, Orange, Osceola and Seminole Counties.  OYC is scheduled for an interactive circus skills demonstration on the main stage of the Downtown Orlando Library on Sunday, February 26th at 1:30 p.m.  Come see us and participate!

SUMMER CAMP DATES

Make plans to spend

a week or two at

OYC’s Summer Day

Camp 2012!  It’s

performing arts with a twist.  It’s a hybrid

of sport and art.  It’s circus camp and it’s sure to be fun!  Tentatively, half-day camps are scheduled for June 18-22 and June 25-29 at The Christ School’s Summer Odyssey.  Full-day camps are tentatively July 16-20 and July 23-27 at First Christian Church of Orlando.  More details to come in March.
